What we collect
When you contact us we collect the information you submit: name, email address, organisation (optional), preferred date or season, and the content of your inquiry. When you subscribe to the Reserve, we collect only your email address.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, to confirm and operate reservations, and — for subscribers — to notify you of seasonal openings and cancellation availability. We never sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Where it is stored
Inquiry and subscriber data is stored on EU-region infrastructure and processed by a small number of vetted service providers, including our email delivery provider, for the sole purpose of communicating with you.
Your rights
Under GDPR and equivalent regimes you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at tofu@0bsidian.agency.
Retention
Inquiry records are retained for as long as needed to operate the engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards. Subscriber records are kept until you ask to be removed.
